PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY

According to the law of the Republic of Croatia on the protection of personal data, personal data is defined as any information that refers to an identified natural person or information that can be used to identify a person, to establish identity directly or indirectly. Miam-Veri d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of customers in accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection and undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties in any way without the consent of the customer (except for data for which there is a legitimate interest for the purpose of delivering the purchased product). Processing of personal data that is based on legitimate interest or represents a contractual obligation is carried out by maintaining the highest standards of security and business.
